It’s so sad that I can’t remember the last time I logged on

I’m guessing it was February 5 or 6. I have just had alot going on in the past week and a half. My husband found out on Feb 8 that he was being laid off, effective immediately. So we have been doing some adjusting, thinking, and planning. I have still been getting a workout in here and there, and he even wanted to do a P90X workout with me!  But today I’m starting FRESH once again! 

I have a bowl of oatmeal baking in the oven while I write this, and I am munching on some berries. I’m going to pick back up with Insanity. Starting over since my workouts have been random. However I’m not going to redo the Fit Test, just start with Plyo Cardio Circuit.  So let’s Dig Deep! and get that Summer body I want! Even if it may just be laying on the bank of a river, instead of on a beach now lol

I’m Back!

Didn’t go too far, but I have spent the past 3 days a little lacking on my workouts and eating. I was potty training my 20 month old son (almost 21 months) and it has been an exhausting 3 days. But he has done really well, and only had 1 accident today! I am one happy Momma. So glad that I *hopefully* have the hardest part out of the way.

I got my workout in early this morning, Insanity Fit Test & Plyo Cardio Circuit! Wow, that was hard! I had been doing TurboFire for the past 40 days, but I have exercise ADD, and know all the routines now, so I needed a change up.

I saw this post on Facebook, that made me decide to switch over to Insanity for awhile. “Without Struggle There Is No Progress” Let me tell you I definitely struggled with Plyo Circuit this morning. But I really enjoyed the workout. So this is what my schedule looks like for the rest of the week
